What do you offer outside of pickleball?
Pickleball is just the tip of the iceberg of what we offer here at Oxford Downs. Come on inside and enjoy playing poker or our Vegas-style games at our 30 tables. Or join us at the Tiki bar for food, karaoke, TouchTunes, and all the TVs you could ever want!
Do I have to bring my own paddle or balls?
You are more than welcome to! We also offer paddles and balls for rent.
What type of shoes should I wear?
Any athletic shoes with a non-marking sole.
Do you have lights on your courts?
Yes! All 6 of our courts are lighted and ready for you to play regardless of the time of day!
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes! All participants must sign a waiver in order to play. Please create a free account here and you’ll be prompted to sign a waiver upon logging in for the first time. If you are a parent/guardian registering on behalf of a minor, you must speak with one of our team members here on property so that we can have you sign their waiver on their behalf.
How do I reserve a court?
We currently only offer court reservations online or through our mobile app on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
What happens if there is bad weather?
In the event of inclement weather that requires us to close the courts, a notice will be sent to all members with an active reservation that will be affected. If your reservation is cancelled due to the weather, you will receive a full credit to your CourtReserve account that can be used on future reservations.
Can I bring outside food or drink?
We do not allow outside food or drinks at our facility. If you are in need of any food or drinks, our food and beverage team will be happy to assist you on the courts, at the tiki bar, and in the poker room!
What are your hours of operation?
Courts
Sunday – Wednesday from 10am-9pm
Thursday – Saturday from 10am-12am
Poker Room
We are open 24/7!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations that are 24 hours or more in advance will result in a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a credit refunded to your account. Cancellations made within 4 hours of your reservation start time will result in a full charge. If you have any questions, please reach out to our team in person or via email at [email protected].
Do you offer memberships?
Can I order food and drinks while I'm on the courts playing?
Absolutely! Our food and beverage team will be happy to assist in bringing you whatever you need from our full menu and bar!
Can I extend my court time?
You are more than welcome to continue playing as long as there is availability. Please check the website, app, or with one of our team members to see if there are any courts free for you to extend your reservation.
